Three main steps
and one
additional
advantage:

The solution
has high
penetrating
capability
in between
the substrate's
surface,
hence
providing
higher
cleaning
reaction.

Tension
Reduction:
It reduces
the surface
tension
of foreign
bodies
on a substrate
leaving
only the
original
cleanliness
on the
surface
of the
substrate.

based,

of clean
water
for cleaning
